Seville, (EFE).- The Minister of Development, Marifrán Carazo, will say goodbye to the Andalusian Executive on March 28 at a Government Council to be held in Sierra Nevada (Granada), sources from the regional Executive have informed EFE.
Carazo will leave his position in the Andalusian Government to focus exclusively on his candidacy for the Mayor of Granada, waiting to know the name of the person who will replace him in the Ministry of Development, Articulation of the Territory and Housing, who will be a woman, also from Granada, as announced by the president, Juanma Moreno.
The head of the Andalusian Government has chosen for the last Government Council of Carazo a meeting in Sierra Nevada, whose management they consider one of the “emblems” in the province of Granada.
Working for Andalusia
This meeting gives continuity to the tour of Government Councils outside the San Telmo Palace in Seville, which in this second legislature of Moreno continues through all the Andalusian provinces, with the intention of bringing the management of the Executive closer to all citizens.
The Andalusian Government usually announces a package of exclusive measures for the province in these meetings, in this case for Granada.
Asked yesterday by journalists during the presentation of the PP candidates in the Metropolitan Area region, Carazo has stated that she is “finishing off and demonstrating” that she continues to work for Andalusia and also for Granada, so she still has “the drive and close some issues.
The counselor has said that “some issues and continue working” can still be planned as she is currently doing, as a counselor and as a candidate for mayor of Granada capital, although she believes that it is “a matter of days” that she leave her responsibilities on the Board to focus on the electoral race of 28-M.
