Seville, Mar 19 (EFE).- A goal by Borja Iglesias, three minutes into the second half, gave Betis the victory (1-0) against a Mallorca with good defense, but without punch, which allows to the Sevillians to redeem themselves from their elimination from the Europa League against Manchester United and continue to hunt for Champions League places.
After a disputed first half and with few chances, although with more initiative and more attacks from the Verdiblanco team, Betis came out with more verve in the second and a genius from Borja allowed him to score three gold points in his career for the ‘Champions’ , by deliberately deflecting a shot from Senegalese Youssuf Sabaly to win again after two straight draws in the league.
