“To the majority of those families who do not want an after-dinner meal in which some face each other,” the leader of the PP has described it, in contrast to a government that understands that “it lives on tension and confrontation.”
He stressed that “the game has not yet finished and you cannot win a ball, but neither can you lose a vote”, while warning that if the PP fails to change the government, “we will regret it for a decade ” and “we will feel co-responsible for the failure of the nation”.
Feijóo, before a thousand people who filled the patio of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, pointed out that the Government is “unable to agree” on something because “the only thing that matters to it is its Survival in Moncloa”, since “the attachment to the position is the only glue that amalgamates a broken coalition”.
However, he has predicted that “the only thing the entire government is going to vote on next week is no to the so-called motion of no confidence”, a parliamentary vote that “Pedro Sánchez will win without any effort”, but the PP will do it “at the polls”.
He believes that the “insults he receives” in the press conferences of the Council of Ministers reflect that the Government “already knows it is in the opposition” and that “every day it sees a political change closer in Spain, with a government of prosperity and economic growth” like that of the PP.
To do this, he has asked “non-‘sanchista’ socialists” to endorse the PSOE slogan “defend what you think” and advocate that “you cannot sleep with Podemos”, that Bildu and the independence movement “cannot have the key of the Government of Spain”, that corruption “must be fought and not decriminalized” and that “feminism in equality is a meeting point and not a battlefield”.
“Defend him from the one who has ruled against everything you think,” he urged them.
