Pamplona (EFE).- EH Bildu has presented his candidacy for the Parliament of Navarra this Sunday in the May elections, an act in which the head of the list, Laura Aznal, has assured that in the next legislature the coalition will be “even more decisive ”.
In an act that was also attended by candidates for various mayors’ offices, Aznal stated that the next legislature will be “key” to move forward and face the great challenges, for which EH Bildu has a candidacy of “prepared, committed and willing”.
For this reason, she has shown herself convinced that the Abertzale coalition “will not only continue to be decisive in the next legislature, but that it will be even more decisive”, and she has added that she has “no doubt” that they will be a “fundamental part of the alternative to confront the right and its policies”.
“I am convinced that we are going to be the guarantee to achieve profound transformations and we are going to take a qualitative leap”, she said, and defended “EH Bildu’s ability to negotiate, reach agreements and ensure that they are fulfilled”.
Advance self-government
Aznal has also pointed out that for EH Bildu it is “fundamental to advance in self-government” to recover the traffic competition for Navarra, “a historical demand of the great social majority”, for which they feel “very satisfied” with “the agreements” reached between the Government and the coalition, agreements with which “we see the right revolt” because “they are fulfilled”.
He has also referred to the care system to indicate that “EH Bildu is prepared and committed” to put the needs of people at the center of public policies and “turn the current system around”, so that it can thus ” promote a new model of governance and take steps towards the sovereignty of Nafarroa”.
It is “EH Bildu’s commitment to politics in capital letters”, he pointed out, noting that at this time, in which “the depletion of conventional politics is more than evident”, EH Bildu will continue “working from the people, with the people and for the people to respond to the trust of the people”.
