Zaragoza, Mar 11 (EFE).- The tremendous success of Monbus Obradoiro in the triples (6 of 8) in the third quarter of the game that faced Casademont Zaragoza decided the contest for the Galicians against a handy team that was about to defeat turn around the 18 points for which he lost but ended up dying on the shore (78-79).
The hand team had the option to tie with two free throws when they trailed by two at the last second but Christian Mekowulu missed the second, something that was a constant in the game for the Aragonese (19 hits out of 28 attempts) and the game fell from visiting side.
The victory ended the bad streak that Obradoiro had accumulated from two consecutive defeats and at the same time the good one for the Maño team, which had added three victories in the last four games and who saw the match against Moncho Fernández’s team as a key game in their fight for the permanence
With the victory, the Galician team continues to choose to enter the top eight, a fight in which it had been stuck after the last bad results suffered.
The beginning could not have been more productive for the Galician team because with a good defense and the mistake of their rival, even with comfortable shooting positions, they managed to accumulate up to 10 rental points (4-14) in the 6th minute with a Thomas Scrubb tremendously successful.

Many errors in unhurried situations which meant that although the locals managed to close the gap again and take the lead for the first time in the 18th minute, they ended up looking at the Galician team’s license plate at halftime (25-29).
The match was even after the break and even Porfirio Fisac’s team once again placed itself briefly ahead until Kassius Robertson appeared to execute the Aragonese team. The Jamaican made three consecutive triples that began to open the gap again in electronics and his teammates decided to follow him to the point that they finished the set with 6 of 8 three-pointers made (75% accuracy) to reach a difference of 18 (39- 58) which was decisive for the fate of the game.
The ‘rojillo’ team did not give up and came to reduce the difference to one point with 1:01 to go and had two free throws from Cristian Mekowulu to tie with a second to go but the center missed the second shot and the victory went away for Santiago de Compostela.
