Logroño, (EFE).- The Organization secretary of the PSOE of La Rioja and former government delegate, María Marrodán, joins the PSOE electoral list for the Logroño City Council in the elections on May 28, headed by the current mayor, Pablo Hermoso de Mendoza, and that has been approved this Thursday, unanimously, in the Logroño Assembly of the party.
Marrodán is ranked number 4 in the candidacy, among whose novelties is also the incorporation of the manager of the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (ADER), Luis Alonso, in position number 5, the PSOE of La Rioja has reported.
In second place is the current Councilor for Economy and Finance, Esmeralda Campos; and in the third, the spokesman for the local government team, Kilian Cruz-Dunne.
Hermoso de Mendoza maintains 7 of its 10 councilors in the top positions in a candidacy, from which the mayor of the Mayor’s Office, Equality and Coexistence, Eva Tobías; and in which the Councilor for Urban Development, Jaime Caballero, moves to position number 11 and that of Heritage, Adrián Calonge, to 15.
Other novelties on the list are the incorporation of the architect and current professor at the Los Boscos School, Álvaro Foncea (ranked 9); and the Primary Care nurse at the Rioja Health Service (SERIS) and Red Cross volunteer, Esther Espinosa, at 12.
The Councilor for Culture, Carmen Urquía, is ranked number 6 and is followed by the Socialist spokesperson in the Logroño City Council and Councilor for Social Services, Iván Reinares (in 7), and the Councilor for Education and Youth, Beatriz Nalda, in the 8.
For her part, the current Councilor for Personnel, Eva Loza, is ranked number 10, ahead of Jaime Caballero and Esther Espinosa. EFE
