By capital, Barcelona is the one that requires the highest percentage of household income to pay rental income (39%) followed by Palma (35%), Malaga (33%), Madrid, Valencia and Alicante (31%, respectively), and San Sebastián (30%).
On the contrary, the least effort to rent is in Ciudad Real (14%), Teruel (16%) and in Jaén, Palencia, Cáceres and Cuenca (17% in all of them).
By provinces, Malaga is the one that requires the greatest effort (45%), followed by the Balearic Islands (39%), Barcelona (35%), Alicante (31%), Las Palmas, Madrid and Navarra (30% in all three cases). , with calculations for the end of 2022.
