“At 7:00 a.m. on March 4, the rescue services recovered the bodies of three other dead residents of the building,” the Zaporizhia Region Emergency Situations Department announced on its Facebook account.
“In total, rescuers have recovered ten bodies from under the rubble of the building, including a child,” said this source.
During the last two days, the rescue services have been working at the site of the impact, which occurred in the early hours of Thursday, to try to locate the five people who remained missing.
Initially, the Zaporizhia Region Prosecutor’s Office had released the number of four deaths and seven people hospitalized, three of them in critical condition and four in serious condition, but the number of fatalities has been increasing.
As a result of the attack, more than ten apartments between the second and fifth floors of the building were completely destroyed.
