Investigators attribute the crimes of homicide in the field of gender violence and illegal possession of weapons after the 22-year-old man confessed that he killed her with a homemade weapon that he later threw into the El Salado stream, sources close to the investigation have assured EFE, which have indicated that the detainee has also declared that the young woman was his partner at that time.
It was the detainee’s mother who notified the Civil Guard after he came home very nervous and told them that he had found a friend dead from gunshot wounds to the head and that he believed she had committed suicide. When the agents entered the house under construction on Olivar Street where her body was found, the weapon was gone.
According to what the detainee first recounted, he was with the minor in that house and went to buy tobacco. When he returned he found her dead, he saw her weapon and, out of fear, he threw it into the stream and covered her body with a blanket. But later, in the statement before the investigators, the young man confessed that he was her partner and that he killed her with a homemade weapon, which he is still looking for.
