Cádiz (EFE).- Cádiz has requested this Wednesday the temporary suspension of the LaLiga Santander competition while its appeal for the ‘Elche case’ is not resolved, the Andalusian club announced in a statement signed by its president, Manuel Vizcaíno.
Cádiz has filed an appeal with the Administrative Court of Sports (TAD) to request the challenge of the match of matchday 17 played against Elche (1-1) and they want the match to be partially repeated, considering the arbitration action “negligent”. who conceded his goal to the Elche team offside.
For this reason, he now requests the temporary suspension of the tournament as a precautionary measure until the resolution of the file.
