Seville (EFE).- The Andalusian Government has presented this Friday before the Constitutional Court the appeal against the tax on large fortunes, in which it requests its precautionary suspension, since it considers that it is “a tax against Andalusia” and that it invades the regional powers.
The Board’s appeal, to which EFE has had access, states that the new tax “constitutes an extremely serious attack on the constitutional order.”
The Andalusian Government thus joins that of the Community of Madrid, of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, who already filed the appeal at the beginning of the month for invasion of regional powers.
