Seville (EFE).- Seville will host the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards ceremony, which has been awarded since 1959 by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences of the United States, next fall, as confirmed by the mayor of Seville, Antonio Muñoz, in a post on Twitter.
The details of this announcement will be known after the meeting held this morning by the president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, with the CEO of the Latin Recording Academy, Manuel Abud.
The Seville capital has experience in this type of event, having hosted other international award ceremonies, such as the MTV EMA in 2019, the Laureus Sports Awards in 2022, or the recently held Goya Awards gala for Spanish cinema on February 11.
