València (EFE) 19-year-old Wafaa in Carcaixent, David S. alias ‘El Tuvi’, have been summoned in Instruction 2 of this town in an appearance prior to his trial by the jury court.
As reported by the private prosecution, which is exercised by the family of the young Romanian murder victim, it is an appearance in which the formal accusation against one or both of those investigated must be made official.
One of the defendants is the confessed perpetrator of the murder of the 19-year-old Wafaa Sebbah in Carcaixent, David S. alias ‘El Tuvi’, and the other is Juan Vicente AN, Isabella’s sentimental partner at the time of her murder.
The same sources have pointed out the possibility that the accusation is directed only against one of the two defendants, although both must be present at this hearing. The first will go to the court led by the Civil Guard, since he is in preventive detention, and the second is free.
“El Tuvi” has already denied being the perpetrator of Isabella’s crime
“El Tuvi”, who testified in this same court a year ago as an investigated, denied being the perpetrator of the crime against Isabella Raducanu and assured that if any acquaintance links him to the death of this young woman, it is because he is upset with him for having killed Wafaa.
The private prosecution representing the relatives of Isabella Raducanu requested preventive detention for the investigated at that time, but the judge denied it, understanding that there is no risk of flight, or destruction of evidence or danger of violating the property of the victim, for being already in pretrial detention.
At first, the National Police ruled out the participation of ‘El Tuvi’ in the death of Isabel Raducanu, a six-month pregnant woman who died strangled and stabbed to death in her home in Xàtiva on June 11, 2019, five months before Wafaa’s disappearance, but evidence against him later surfaced.
The accusation against ‘El Tuvi’ is based on the testimony of a friend, who affirms that he confessed to Isabella’s crime, and on the fact that his DNA was found at the crime scene.
