In the direction of Svatove the Ukrainian positions are more “stable”, he said, and the Ukrainian army is destroying Russian heavy equipment every day, according to Hayday.
The Luhansk governor added that despite the difficult situation on the entire front in that eastern region, the Ukrainian forces remain in complete control of the situation in the face of the new Russian offensive.
