As reported to EFE by the Superior Court of Justice of Cantabria (TSJC), the two men were arrested last night by the Local Police after the accident, which occurred at 10:15 p.m. when the two cars were “cutting” through the center de Santander and left the road.
The young man died on the spot and the two drivers have spent this Saturday at the disposal of the Investigating Court number 2 of Santander.
The TSJC has indicated that in principle they are charged with the crimes of reckless homicide, reckless driving, and driving under the influence of narcotic substances.
The people of Santander have left flowers at the scene of the accident in memory of the deceased young man.
