In addition to requesting the release of Yassine Kanjaa, the 25-year-old Moroccan arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the jihadist attack in Algeciras, his defense requests that he undergo a psychiatric examination, something that Judge Joaquín Gadea agreed to precisely this week with the aim of to assess the existence of a psychiatric disorder for the purpose of informing about its imputability.
Defense questions terrorism
Before giving a statement, the person being investigated is examined by the forensic examiner of the National Court, who determined that he was in a position to testify.
