Defense questions terrorism
Before giving a statement, the person being investigated is examined by the forensic examiner of the National Court, who determined that he was in a position to testify.

Self-indoctrinated terrorist profile
Joaquín Gadea, reinforcement judge of the Central Investigating Court number 6, sent Kanjaa to prison due to the seriousness of the facts, the risk of flight and criminal repetition that he detected in him.
In his order, he indicated that the evidence collected allowed us to affirm at this initial moment of the investigation that it was “a profile of a self-indoctrinated terrorist who acts individually and is not directly linked to a terrorist organization”, but who “carries out his action in name of the jihadist phenomenon” in Algeciras.
