Lima (EFE).- Demonstrators clash with the police during a new day of marches against the presidency of Dina Boluarte, in Lima (Peru).
Thousands of protesters from various regions of Peru once again traveled the Panamericana Norte de Lima highway, with the aim of reaching the historic center, to demand the departure of a government that they consider “murderous” and “dictatorial” for the death of 46 protesters in clashes with law enforcement.
The Government of Peru, for its part, announced that security forces will clear roads that have been blocked by protesters throughout the country, while anti-government protests included a new march that led to clashes in the historic center of Lima.
