Madrid (EFE) waves of between 3 and 4 meters on the Catalan coast and the Balearic Islands.
At the yellow level, with a lower risk than the previous one, and also with an expected improvement in the situation as the day progresses, there are also the Balearic Islands, Andalusia, the Canary Islands, both Castillas, Galicia, Madrid, Navarra, La Rioja, the Valencian Community, and also the autonomous city of Ceuta.
In the community of Aragon, minimum temperatures of up to -10 degrees are expected for this Wednesday in the Huesca Pyrenees, according to the forecasts of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), on its website.
In Catalonia, the thermometers will drop to -10 degrees in areas such as the Aran Valley, in Lleida, and there will also be maritime storms in large areas of the region’s coastline, with waves of up to 3 meters, as in the Valencian Community.
The wind will blow strong with gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour in the Balearic Islands with maritime storms, and the gusts will be up to 75 kilometers per hour in the Canary Islands, while in the south there will be storms in the Strait, in Cádiz, and in the autonomous city of Ceuta.
The minimum temperatures will also be very low in the interior of Andalusia and in large areas of Castilla y León, where the thermometers will drop to -6 degrees, and the weather will also be very cold in Castilla-La Mancha, with levels of up to – 5 degrees, as in La Mancha, Albacete.
In the Navarrese Pyrenees and in La Rioja Iberian the minimum temperatures will also be up to -6 degrees, the same as in the Madrid mountains.
