This action has been taken as a result of a complaint filed by the CCOO union, sources from the Madrid Prosecutor’s Office reported to EFE this Friday.
The objective is to determine whether during the selection process – for which the airline hired the recruitment company Meccti – Kuwait Airways could have committed any crime.
The Labor Inspectorate also opened an ex officio investigation a few weeks ago following a video posted on social networks by one of the women who had attended the selection process.
