Valencia (EFE).- Firefighters have evacuated the Torrent (Valencia) San José and Santa Ana school preventively due to a fire on the fourth floor, where the residence is located.
The center has been evacuated in its entirety and some 700 people have been evicted, as reported by the school’s security coordinators to the Fire Consortium.

The notice was received at 10:17 a.m. due to a fire at the school, located in Mestre Giner de Torrent square and consisting of three floors for students, plus a fourth for residence, which is where the fire broke out, whose causes are unknown at this time.
Firefighters from the Torrent, Catarroja and Paterna parks, and a sergeant and a Consortium officer are working to put out the fire.
