Madrid (EFE).- The EFE Agency will once again be the official medium of the Spanish Pavilion in the next edition of the Mobile World Congress (MWC), which will be held from February 27 to March 2, thanks to its alliance with the public business entity Red.es.
Both entities signed a collaboration agreement, valid for 2022 and 2023, to provide greater visibility to the Spanish presence in Mobile, an objective that has been revalidated by the president of the public agency, Gabriela Cañas, and the general director from Red.es, Alberto Martínez Lacambra.
To do this, EFE will once again have its own space in the Spanish Pavilion, from where it will carry out multimedia interviews and report on the day-to-day of the Congress, organized by the GSMA association, employers’ association of the mobile industry, and one of the most important world events. important in the technology industry.
In a recent interview with EFE, the CEO of the GSMA, John Hoffman, estimated that the 2023 MWC will exceed 60,000 attendees, the figure with which it closed its 2022 edition.
A total of 38 Spanish companies will make up the Spanish Pavilion that Red.es will install for the tenth year in Mobile, which is 8% more than in the previous edition.
Among them are 15 companies from the Community of Madrid, six from Catalonia, five from Andalusia, four from the Basque Country, three from the Valencian Community, two from Extremadura, one from the Balearic Islands, another from Cantabria and another from the Foral Community. from Navarre.
These companies will have their own space in the Spanish Pavilion and will be able to use the rest of the common areas of the institutional space.
